ByteMe Networks, LLC – Help Center

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ByteMe Networks Help Center (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Help Center is provided to:

  • Submit and track support tickets
  • Access knowledge base articles and documentation
  • Communicate with ByteMe Networks support staff
  • Manage service-related requests

This portal is intended for:

  • Authorized clients of ByteMe Networks
  • Employees or approved external users with granted access

3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
  • All activity occurring under their account
  • Ensuring submitted information is accurate and appropriate

ByteMe Networks reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or malicious requests
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Use the platform for spam, harassment, or abuse
  • Upload malicious files or harmful content

Violation of these terms may result in immediate access revocation.

5. Support Expectations

  • All support requests must be submitted via the Help Center or approved channels
  • Response and resolution times are governed by your service agreement (SLA)
  • Emergency support may require escalation via phone or designated urgent channels

6. Data and Content

Any data submitted through the Help Center:

  • May be used to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
  • Should not include sensitive data unless necessary (e.g., passwords should NEVER be submitted)

7. Limitation of Liability

ByteMe Networks is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data due to misuse of the platform
  • Issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users

8. Modifications

ByteMe Networks reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
