Coming Soon: Custom Badge Printing for Waco and Central Texas Businesses
Custom badge printing is coming to ByteMe Networks. The printer is on order, and once it’s running we’ll print visitor badges, employee ID cards, event and conference credentials, temporary access passes, and name badges for businesses, schools, and churches around Waco and Central Texas. We don’t have a hard delivery date yet, so we’re not going to invent one. What you can do right now is tell us what you’ll need, and we’ll reach out the day we’re printing.

What’s Coming
We ordered a dedicated badge printer so we can produce full-color photo ID cards, printed lanyard badges, and event credentials in-house instead of sending customers to a print shop as a separate step. It hasn’t arrived yet. When it does, we’ll test it on real badges before we call it live, then swap this page for the real one: pricing, turnaround times, and photos of the printer and sample badges running through it.
Until then, this page is the honest version: a heads-up that the service is coming, not a working storefront yet.
Who This Is For
We’re building this around the badge and ID work we already see across our customer base in Waco, Hewitt, Woodway, Temple, and the rest of Central Texas:
- Visitor and contractor badges for offices, job sites, and any facility that tracks who’s on-site.
- Employee ID badges, whether it’s a handful of reissues or outfitting a whole staff.
- Event and conference credentials, sized for local conferences, trade shows, and Chamber events, not a national print run with a two-week lead time.
- Temporary and short-term access passes for contractors, vendors, and short-duration projects.
- School and church volunteer badges, printed fast enough to keep up with a volunteer schedule instead of holding it up.
- Name badges for local businesses and Chamber members, printed locally instead of ordered from a catalog.
Why We’re Adding This
We already install and manage access control, physical security, and surveillance systems for restaurants, dealerships, manufacturing shops, and professional offices around Waco. Cards, fobs, and badges are already part of that work. Printing them ourselves closes the gap between “here’s your access system” and “here’s the badge that goes with it,” instead of pointing customers to a print shop for the last step.

The printer isn’t running yet, so there’s nothing to order today. What helps is telling us what you’ll need: badge type, roughly how many, and whether it’s a one-time run (an event) or ongoing (employee turnover, volunteer rotation).

When will badge printing actually be available?
We don’t have a firm date yet because the printer hasn’t arrived. We’d rather tell you that plainly than guess a date and miss it. This page will be the first thing that changes the day it’s running.
What kind of badges will you print?
Full-color photo ID cards, printed lanyard badges, and event or conference credentials are the plan. If you need something more specific, tell us on the contact form and we’ll factor it into what we stock and test.
Do I need to already be a BMN customer to use this?
No. Badge printing will be open to any local business, school, or church, not just BMN’s existing managed IT and security customers.
Will you publish pricing?
Not yet. We’re not going to post a number before we know our real per-badge cost and turnaround. Pricing goes up the same day the service goes live.
Can you handle bulk badges for an event?
That’s part of the plan: event and conference credential runs, not just one-off single badges. Tell us your event date and expected badge count on the contact form so we can plan around it once we’re printing.
